EnergySource 4:1 is an all-in-one sports drink for use both during and after exercise. It’s part of the HIGH5 4:1 range, so it contains 4 parts carbohydrate to 1 part protein and key electrolytes. The carbohydrate content is a 2:1 fructose mix.
The ingredients used in this scientifically formulated blend of carbs and protein with key electrolytes help sustain performance during endurance exercise and help maintain hydration by enhancing the absorption of water¹.
